All packages include: Pants, Jacket, Tie, Pocket Square & your choice of either Vest or Suspenders. Individual items are available for rent, however we highly recommend a package for the best value.

Tux Rental FAQs

What items are in your rental packages? 

All packages include: Pants, Jacket, Tie, Pocket Square & your choice of either Vest or Suspenders. 
What if I don’t want to rent a whole package

Individual items are available for rent, however we highly recommend a package for the best value.
How long does it take to receive items

We recommend you place your order 8 or more weeks before your event to avoid any rush shipping fees. Also, keep in mind you may not get your 1st choice if you wait too long to order, as inventory is available on a first-come first-served basis. 
Is there a down payment?

We require a minimum of 50% down to place your order. The remaining balance is due when you pick up your rental.

How long can I keep the rental items.

Your rented items should be returned to the shop no later than 6pm on the next business day following your event. A late fee of $50/day will be incurred on items returned after the due date.
What if items are lost or damaged?

You are responsible for all lost, stolen or intentionally damaged merchandise; therefore you should ensure items are returned in an acceptable condition. The cost of each lost and/or damaged item(s) will be billed to your account.We offer an optional Accidental Loss & Damage Waiver (ALDW) on all packages. Coats & Trousers/Pants are not covered by the ALDW.
Can you Ship Items to Me/My Bridal Party?

Items can be shipped directly to you or your bridal party. This is perfect for out-of-town party members. Shipping Charges are based on your address.
What If I want to purchase my tux/suit or accessories

Ask your stylist about the option of purchasing.
Do I need to clean items before bringing them back

Nope, just drop of your items and we will take it from there
How can I match Bridesmaid/prom date's dress?

Bring your fabric swatches with you during your appointment to ensure a close match
Do you offer any deals

We offer special discounts to our brides who have purchased their dresses from us. Ask your stylist about current promotions
What if my event is cancelled/postponed?

Contact the store as soon as the event is postponed/cancelled. Orders must be cancelled up to 2 weeks before the wear date for a refund (minus a $25 Administrative fee). Refunds will not be issued if ordered items have already shipped.
